Parkinsons disease is a condition where there is excess slowness in daily activities and tremor. It progresses through various stages at different rates in different people.
Stage 1 : Mild symptoms that do not interfere with daily activities
Stage 2 : Typically starts on one side and later on affects both the sides
Stage 3 : In mild stage ,there are new symptoms that are noticeable ,making it difficult to do daily tasks
Stage 4 : At this stage, symptoms are severe and disabling
Stage 5 : At this stage, patient turns to slow and bed bound
Early diagnosis and treatment is important for good outcomes.
